Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: £40,000 per annum plus bonus

Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating, and supporting a sales team to achieve monthly targets
- Delivering strong personal sales performance through inbound and outbound activity
- Coaching and mentoring team members to improve performance and confidence
- Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales results and identifying improvement opportunities
- Running regular team meetings, training sessions, and one-to-one reviews
- Conducting call quality checks and providing constructive feedback
- Supporting the team with appointment bookings and sales conversions
- Responding to inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Recording and managing interactions accurately within CRM systems
- Producing reports and analysing sales performance data
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Identifying ideas to improve productivity, customer experience, and team performance
Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful Sales Manager will bring a combination of leadership ability, sales expertise, and strong communication skills.
You will likely have:
- Experience managing or coaching a sales team
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong experience analysing sales performance data and reporting
- Confidence using CRM systems (Salesforce experience beneficial)
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- Strong organisation and time management abilities
- A positive, supportive leadership style that motivates others
- A customer-focused mindset with a professional and empathetic approach
