Sales Order Processor
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Salary: £31,000 per annum

What you’ll be doing:

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Using CAD drawings to ensure orders are completed correctly and to size.
• Checking product specifications, measurements, and details to ensure they’re correct.
• Supporting customers and colleagues with queries, providing clear information and solutions.
• Liaising with production, sales, and logistics to keep orders on track.
• Completing documentation and maintaining accurate records.
• Assisting with invoicing and purchase order administration.
• Contributing to continuous improvement within the team.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in order processing, technical administration, or a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good IT skills, including CRM systems and spreadsheets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Desirable: Experience with CAD or the ability to interpret technical drawings.
