Key Responsibilities of the Sales Processor/Administrator:
- Accurately process purchase orders using the CRM system
- Handle goods return requests efficiently
- Produce basic non-technical quotations
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Update systems, databases, and records accurately
- Support supplier order processing and progress chasing
- Assist with general departmental administrative duties
- Manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks
- Ensure company procedures are followed and improved where possible
- Support a strong focus on Health & Safety compliance
About You – Ideal Sales Processor/Administrator:
- Previous experience in a service team or administrative environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office 365 and CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach
- Able to multitask and manage changing priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident dealing with customer enquiries professionally
- Strong team player who is flexible and willing to support others
- Willing to learn and develop new skills
