What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Progressing sales enquiries by following up quotations and identifying opportunities to convert leads
- Managing commercial negotiations to achieve the best outcomes for both client and company
- Keeping all project details current and accurate using the internal CRM system
- Offering knowledgeable, solutions-focused advice to customers over the phone
- Creating and presenting weekly updates on order status and sales forecasts
- Maintaining detailed and up-to-date client information within the CRM database
- Conducting market research using online tools, lead subscription services, and social platforms
- Actively nurturing sales leads to support conversion and pipeline growth
- Coordinating appointments and planning meetings with new and existing clients where required
Desirable Qualities
- Previous experience in sales development or coordination, ideally in a telephone-based role
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to cross-sell and confidently close sales
- Sharp attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying quality leads
- Professional communicator, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience using CRM systems, along with strong administrative capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general business IT systems
- Comfortable navigating websites and social platforms for business and research purposes
