Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Support Associate, your duties will include:
- Managing customer enquiries and ensuring timely, accurate responses.
- Taking ownership of customer issues and complaints through to resolution.
- Providing product information, documentation, and order updates to customers.
- Supporting the order processing team by obtaining missing information and assisting with order administration.
- Preparing quotations for products and services.
- Maintaining and updating customer and pricing information within internal systems.
- Communicating proactively with customers regarding order status and delivery updates.
- Working closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and helping implement more efficient ways of working.
- Creating and maintaining clear process documentation to support consistency and service quality.
About You
The ideal Sales Support Associate will have:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing, sales support, customer service, or administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to customer interactions.
- Experience working with CRM systems and digital business tools.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement.
- The confidence to challenge existing processes and suggest better ways of working.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environment would be advantageous.
