Job Title: Production Operative/Sander
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:30pm (finish 4:00pm on Fridays)
Salary: £12.85 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
• Sanding products using various tools to ensure they are ready for the next stage of production
• Ensure all products meet company and customer standards
• Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times
• Work efficiently towards deadlines and production timescales
• Troubleshoot assembly problems and liaise with management
• Lift and move heavy products as required
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Experience within a manufacturing role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team player who can also work independently
• Reliable and motivated to meet production deadlines
• Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is a plus
