Senior Booking Agent
Location: Newcastle under Lyme
Salary: £26000 plus commission
Hybrid working role - 1 day in the office in a fortnight

You’ll play a vital role in converting leads into bookings, offering top-notch support, and ensuring a seamless experience. With a salary of £26k per annum and the potential for commission up to £600/month, it’s an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A little bit about the role

• Location: Stoke Office, Hybrid
• Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday (with 1 Saturday per month, day off in lieu)
• Respond to inquiries and book appointments
• Provide information about services and answer questions
• Ensure bookings are made efficiently and within the same month when possible
• Manage customers from initial contact to final booking
• Follow up on missed appointments and enquiries
• Handle live chat and social media interactions
• Meet sales targets and KPIs

What We're Looking For

• Experience in sales and customer service, with a proven ability to meet targets
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confidence in handling multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of service
• A customer-first attitude and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
