We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join a busy team supporting Technical Service and Installation operations. This role is central to maintaining accurate data, providing operational support, and ensuring smooth service delivery across the business.

A little bit about the role
- Produce regular and bespoke reports for internal and external customers, Team Managers, and Head of Service
- Track projects to provide visibility of upcoming work and support operational planning
- Ensure accurate data flow from teams for quotations, invoicing, and service activities
- Document and audit Service Administration processes, providing checks and balances where required
- Provide training and support to team members to ensure skill crossover and seamless handovers
- Gain product knowledge to support field teams and enhance service delivery
- Generate and maintain daily KPI dashboards to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify and support cost reduction opportunities within the department
- Assist in improving processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience
- Manage data in AX Dynamics and Big Change systems, ensuring accurate records and effective utilisation
