Are you an organised and customer-focused professional looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting for a Service Administrator to join a busy and growing business based in Stone. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, and providing outstanding support to customers and internal teams.

The successful Service Administrator will become an important part of the team, helping to manage customer enquiries, coordinate service processes, and ensure issues are resolved efficiently from start to finish. This role would suit someone who is proactive, confident using IT systems, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing customer enquiries through helpdesk systems, shared inboxes, and internal systems
  • Processing and resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Raising repair work orders and issuing RMAs for customer returns
  • Organising credits and replacement products where required
  • Prioritising and managing multiple customer requests at one time
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the relevant teams following company procedures
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating systems accordingly
  • Delivering excellent customer service and building positive customer relationships

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal Service Administrator will have:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing administrative role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good IT skills, including experience using Outlook and other systems
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Confidence working independently and using initiative
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • The ability to work well under pressure within a busy environment
  • A positive and approachable attitude with a genuine desire to help customers
  • Good numerical and written skills
  • A willingness to learn and adapt within a growing organisation

Desirable but not essential:

  • Knowledge of Business Central
  • Understanding of shipping or logistics processes
