Sprayer – Bespoke Furniture & Commercial Fittings

Are you an experienced Sprayer who takes pride in producing exceptional finishes on high-end, bespoke furniture and commercial interiors? Join a small, skilled team of sprayers where attention to detail, craftsmanship, and quality are at the heart of every project.

Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:00am – 4:00pm, Friday 7:00am – 1:00pm

Our client is a specialist manufacturer of bespoke furniture and commercial fittings for prestigious customers across the UK. Their work includes custom high-spec interior projects. As demand continues to grow, they are now looking to bring an experienced Sprayer into their existing production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply a variety of finishes to bespoke wood and veneered products.

• Work with MDF, hardwoods, and veneers on premium custom furniture and commercial fittings.
• Prepare and sand products to a flawless standard prior to spraying, ensuring a perfect surface finish.
• Work from detailed job sheets and technical drawings to ensure consistent and accurate output.
• Ensure all spraying is carried out to a showroom-quality finish, meeting exacting customer expectations.
• Collaborate with production staff to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain spray booth and equipment to ensure optimal performance and cleanliness.
• Follow strict health and safety protocols in a workshop environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sprayer in a furniture manufacturing or shop fitting environment.
• Ability to achieve high-quality finishes on complex, high-value products.
• Skilled in preparing surfaces, mixing materials, and maintaining consistency in application.
• Familiarity with working in a busy spray booth and managing time effectively.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering the best possible result on every job.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and reliable work ethic.
