Talent Acquisition Specialist

Are you a passionate recruiter with a flair for finding top talent and making impactful hires? We’re supporting a growing business in Stoke-on-Trent who are looking to bring on board an experienced Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist to take charge of their internal recruitment strategy.

You’ll play a key part in shaping how they attract and secure talent, working closely with leadership and department heads to create a seamless and efficient hiring process.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across all departments

  • Creating and delivering strategic hiring plans to meet current and future business needs

  • Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networks

  • Partnering with internal teams to support hiring decisions and recruitment best practice

  • Tracking recruitment performance and using data to improve outcomes

  • Developing a strong talent pipeline to support growth

  • Ensuring all recruitment activities align with employment law and internal policies


What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in recruitment – ideally with exposure to sales roles

  • Strategic thinking and the ability to design tailored recruitment campaigns

  • Strong communication and influencing skills

  • Organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace

  • Confident using ATS systems and sourcing tools

  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in a scaling business or have experience improving candidate experience/employer brand
