The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing and internationally focused business based in Ashbourne.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded recruitment professional to take ownership of the full end-to-end recruitment process, supporting hiring across both the UK and international markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for finding and attracting high-quality talent, developing strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and using modern recruitment technology and AI to improve the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and deliver the right talent.
  • Recruit across UK and international markets, adapting sourcing strategies to suit different countries and cultures.
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, direct approaches and specialist recruitment channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for both current and future vacancies.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews and selection.
  • Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with recruitment agencies and external recruitment partners.
  • Use recruitment data and market insight to monitor performance and support decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and employer brand.
  • Make effective use of recruitment technology and AI to improve sourcing, screening, administration and candidate experience.
  • Keep up to date with developments in recruitment technology and identify new tools and approaches that could improve recruitment performance.
  • Manage multiple vacancies and priorities while maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience working across the full recruitment lifecycle, ideally within an in-house recruitment environment.
  • Experience of international or global recruitment, with the ability to source candidates across different markets.
  • Strong candidate sourcing, interviewing and selection skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence working closely with hiring managers and constructively challenging where appropriate.
  • A proactive, organised and commercially aware approach.
  • A genuine interest in AI, technology and innovative recruitment methods.
  • The ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities effectively.
  • A strong focus on finding the right candidate, rather than simply filling a vacancy.

What's on Offer

This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and growing international business where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on how the organisation attracts and recruits future talent.

You will have the freedom to introduce new ideas, develop recruitment strategies, embrace new technology and help build talent pipelines across the wider business, while working as part of a friendly and supportive HR team.

If you are an experienced Talent Acquisition professional looking for a role where you can genuinely shape and improve recruitment, we would love to hear from you
