Technical Sales Advisor – Stoke-on-Trent – Manufacturing Sector

Our well-established client in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Technical Sales Advisor to provide exceptional service to their customers. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role, with working hours from 8:00am – 5:00pm, offering a salary of £26,000 per annum plus OTE around £45,000.
Key Responsibilities – Technical Sales Advisor
- Answer inbound customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Advise customers on products, building regulations, and technical parts.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently through the system.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
- Work towards monthly sales targets and maximise earning potential.
- Prepare quotes and use sales techniques to support customer decisions.
- Keep daily activities organised and maintain high standards of service.
Ideal Candidate – Technical Sales Advisor
- Technically minded, with the ability to quickly learn about building regulations and parts.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Organised, able to prioritise workload effectively, and IT literate.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Previous sales or customer service experience in a technical or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential.
