What you’ll be doing:
- Crafting accurate, tailored quotations and proposals for site-based services
- Managing client enquiries and turning them into long-term business relationships
- Designing bespoke calibration gas mixtures using advanced calculations
- Planning and co-ordinating annual service visits with clients
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services
- Identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth
- Submitting tender documents and negotiating high-value contracts
- Keeping client databases up-to-date and supporting admin processes
What we’re looking for:
- A science degree (or equivalent technical experience)
- Solid understanding of measurement principles and calibration
- Confident communicator with a professional, friendly approach
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Self-motivated, proactive and commercially aware
