About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Customer & Sales Support Executive to join a growing business in a confidential capacity. The role offers the chance to work within a dynamic team, supporting customer engagement and sales activities. This position reports to a senior manager and provides a mix of customer communication, administrative support, and business development tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone and email to provide support and information.

  • Maintain and update customer records and contact databases.

  • Assist with online customer interactions and support ordering processes.

  • Identify and prospect new opportunities and customers.

  • Ensure customers have access to the information and materials they need.

  • Contribute to customer-focused projects as required.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven telesales or customer support experience.

  • Confident and professional telephone manner.

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Excel and other basic administrative tools.

  • Self-motivated, hands-on, and proactive approach.
