We are seeking a professional and organised Stock & Invoicing Administrator to support the day-to-day management of stock control and invoicing processes within a busy office environment.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will involve overseeing stock movements through a computerised stock management system, producing invoices and credit notes, and ensuring accurate administration across stock and finance activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable making day-to-day decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the computerised stock management system
- Create customer invoices accurately and efficiently
- Process authorised credit notes
- Collate rebate figures where applicable
- Carry out goods receiving for selected materials
- Manage scrap invoicing processes
- Coordinate and monitor internal stock transfers
- Process stock adjustments where required
- Review reports and investigate any anomalies
- Support month-end processes and ensure deadlines are met
