We are seeking an experienced and driven Territory Business Manager to join a dynamic sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio of accounts within a defined geographical area, focusing on growing sales, developing relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, results-focused, and confident in building long-term partnerships with both independent and group customers.

Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve monthly and annual revenue and margin targets

Identify, prospect, and secure profitable new business through effective contact strategies

Plan and organise customer visits efficiently to maintain strong relationships and maximise opportunities

Implement sales and marketing strategies within the territory to drive growth

Monitor sales performance using reports and business intelligence tools

Manage pricing and promotions responsibly to ensure profitable growth

Deliver best-in-class merchandising, display, and POS implementation

Respond promptly and professionally to customer communication

Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company and its product range with pride
Working with the Team

Collaborate with internal divisions to ensure an on-time, in-full service for customers

Communicate regularly with Channel Managers to align local activity with national strategies

Support channel priorities and execution plans provided by management

Share best practices, successes, and challenges with peers to promote a culture of teamwork
Getting to Know You

Proven experience in an Account Management or Senior Sales role

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Confident working remotely and independently across a wide geographical region

Commercially astute with an understanding of pricing, profitability, and sales analysis

Highly organised with strong time management and planning abilities

Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven

Full UK driving licence and ability to travel as required
Desirable:

Level 4 Certificate or Diploma in Sales & Account Management (ISMM)
