We are looking for a motivated, punctual Trainee Fitter to join a thriving, innovative company delivering exceptional commercial interiors across the UK. While full training will be provided, some previous experience using hand and power tools — ideally gained in a construction, joinery, or similar manual role would be advantageous.

Location: Base, Stoke-on-Trent, national travel required

Hours: Standard hours are Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, plus overtime to travel and overnight stays when required. This role also has the need for very flexible start and finish times to accommodate travel to national locations of the customer bases.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting experienced Fitters with the installation of high-quality, bespoke joinery and interiors
• Working nationwide on commercial fit-out projects
• Learning how to read technical drawings and plans
• Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Preparing and handling materials and components
• Maintaining excellent health and safety standards on-site
• Helping to ensure a high-quality finish on every project
• Developing into a fully trained Fitter with ongoing support and training

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience with tools (essential)
• Previous site, construction, or joinery experience (preferred)
• A great work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Happy to travel and stay away when needed
