Trainee Foamer – Bespoke Furniture Manufacturer

We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Foamer to join a bespoke furniture manufacturing company in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a hands-on role within the production process, working on the first stage of creating high-quality upholstered furniture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cutting and shaping foam to specification for bespoke furniture pieces
• Preparing foam components ready for the next stage of production
• Working accurately from job sheets and measurements
• Ensuring consistency and quality across all foam products
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

About the Role:
This is a key position within the workshop, forming the foundation of the furniture-making process. You will be working as part of a skilled production team in a fast-paced but quality-driven environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable with manual, hands-on work
• Able to follow instructions and work to specifications
• Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude
• Previous manufacturing or workshop experience is beneficial but not essential
