You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day transport operations from managing suppliers and coordinating vehicle servicing to supporting invoicing and customer communication. What you’ll be doing

As a Transport Administrator you’ll take responsibility for: 

  • Coordinating vehicle servicing, MOTs, and transport schedules
  • Managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely communication
  • Handling invoicing and administrative processes accurately
  • Liaising with customers to provide updates and resolve queries
  • Pulling data and preparing reports or presentations (e.g., for clients such as Screwfix)
  • Supporting the wider team with transport and administrative coordination

What we’re looking for

We’d love to hear from you if you have: 

  • Experience in administration or coordination within transport, logistics, or a similar field
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work well with suppliers and customers
  • A proactive, team-focused approach
