We are looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team and support the smooth running of daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and is confident working across picking, packing, goods handling, and inventory tasks in a fast-paced environment.

A little bit about the role

• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders in line with daily schedules and customer requirements.

• Ensure accurate labelling and packaging of outbound goods.

• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.

• Assist with picking and issuing parts for internal and external orders.

• Accurately log and record all stock movements and parts usage.

• Support the assembly team by supplying required parts on time.

• Help manage parts inventory, including stock checks and replenishment.

• Provide general warehouse support as and when required.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment.

Essential:

• Previous warehouse experience, ideally in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

• Counterbalance forklift truck licence required; pedestrian reach truck licence desirable.

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
