Appointments was founded by Kerry Bonfiglio-Bains in 1998 and was born out of a desire to keep top talent in Staffordshire, whilst creating a wonderful place to work. Emma Bonfiglio, Kerry’s sister, took over the management of Appointments in 2012. Emma has continued to deliver the Appointments values and outstanding service by supporting clients and offering recruitment solutions that get the job done- it is no wonder why so many of our clients have been with us from our inception and candidates refer us without any doubts.
Over the years we have gradually grown to be one of the best local recruiters in Staffordshire and Cheshire by building ever-lasting partnerships with some of the best employers around.
Our team has been with us forever and understands what makes a great recruitment service. Family values are at our core, and you can often find our team’s family members in our office, lending a helping hand. We do not have an office dog to show you, only because Emma is allergic to them, but we do have lots of fun along the way. You will see by now that recruitment really is in our DNA.
