Recruitment Consultant

Salary £23,000 to £26,000 per annum plus excellent bonus package

About you and this exciting Recruitment Consultant’s role

Your role will predominantly focus on temporary office and commercial recruitment activity where you will work to develop strong business relationships throughout the Staffordshire region. You will provide effective and professional consultative expertise to clients and assist in the development of our constantly expanding candidate database by identifying and attracting high calibre talent.
This role demands proven relationship building skills and demonstrable expertise in every aspect of the recruitment process as well as sales and marketing skills.
Your excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), strong organisational skills, flexibility, determination, and self-motivation are all essential attributes.  Your drive and commitment to exceed expectations will also be instrumental to your success in this role.
This is an autonomous position, with the freedom to explore avenues of business and success is celebrated and rewarded.  It is essential that you have strong I.T skills and can demonstrate your ability to show attention to detail and can deliver innovative recruitment solutions for your clients.
Ideally you will be an experienced recruitment consultant, if not then a strong sales and high level of customer service background are essential.
You will be managing some of our current accounts as well as building your own desk within the temp office support space.
