Appointments Personnel Celebrates 25th birthday

Local Recruitment Consultancy Appointments Personnel celebrates its 25th year of supporting businesses in the Staffordshire and Cheshire, including Stoke on Trent with their recruitment needs this year.

Established in 1998 by sisters Kerry Bonfiglio-Bains and Emma Bonfiglio, Appointments Personnel set up shop in Hanley with a handful of committed recruitment specialists, some of which are still part of the team today. Specialising in office support, accountancy and finance, and technical and executive recruitment, we’ve helped support local businesses and job seekers alike.

Our business has gone from strength to strength to become one of the most prestigious companies of its kind. We’ve expanded our team and range of services dramatically over the years and after outgrowing our Hanley premises, we moved into new premises in Newcastle-under-Lyme back in 2022.

Weathering the storm of uncertain economic climates, a pandemic and employment peaks and troughs, we’ve overcome many challenges over the years, but this has only cemented our commitment to local clients and candidates, making Appointments stronger than ever.

Now, we offer so much more than just your standard traditional recruitment services. Our commitment and dedication to helping businesses of all types and sizes has seen us offer a wide range of free resources including free webinarsrecruitment audits and e-Guides to help those dealing with recruitment challenges.

For those searching for a new job, our free career advice is an integral part of our candidate support package for local jobseekers and we’re proud of the thousands of candidates we’ve placed in their perfect job so far.

Here’s to the next 25 years of quality recruitment services!
