Celebrating 26 years

Celebrating 26 Years in Business: A Journey of Growth, Gratitude, and Great Partnerships

Wow, 26 years! It’s hard to believe that Appointments has been in the recruitment business for over a quarter of a century. Emma and I are both thrilled and humbled as we look back on this incredible journey. From our early days to now, the adventure has been nothing short of amazing, filled with countless memories, challenges, and triumphs.

Placing Candidates with Great Clients: A Rewarding Experience

One of the most satisfying aspects of our work has been placing exceptional candidates with fantastic clients across Staffordshire and Cheshire. Each placement feels like a victory, knowing we’ve helped a candidate find their dream job and a client find the perfect fit for their team. The success stories we’ve been part of are the driving force behind our passion and dedication.

Countless New Logos and Three Moves

In 26 years, we’ve seen a lot of changes – not just in the recruitment industry but also within our own company. We've added countless new logos to our roster of clients, each representing a unique relationship and success story. We've moved offices three times, each move marking a new chapter of growth and expansion. With every move, we’ve aimed to create a better environment for our team and better service for our clients.

Always Striving to Be at the Forefront of Recruitment

The recruitment industry is constantly evolving, and we’ve always strived to stay ahead of the curve. Whether it’s adopting new technologies, refining our processes, or expanding our network, we’re committed to being at the forefront of recruitment. Our goal is to provide the best possible service to both our clients and candidates, ensuring we meet their needs in a rapidly changing landscape.

A Supportive Team and Great Suppliers

None of this would be possible without our fantastic team. Their dedication, hard work, and support have been the backbone of our success. Emma and I are incredibly lucky to have such a talented and committed group of people by our side. Additionally, we’re grateful for our reliable suppliers who have supported us in delivering top-notch services.

Gratitude for the Journey

As we celebrate this milestone, we want to express our deepest gratitude. To our clients and candidates, thank you for trusting us and allowing us to be part of your journeys. To our team, thank you for your unwavering support and dedication. To our suppliers, thank you for your consistent reliability.

Here’s to 26 years of success, growth, and partnerships. We look forward to many more years of making a positive impact in Staffordshire, Cheshire, and beyond.

Thank you all for being a part of our story.

Cheers to the future!
